Japanese IT company is currently seeking an IT Help Desk / User Operations Specialist (Executive Support) in New York.
What you will do :
-Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
-Troubleshooting and situation recovery that occurred in user operations, inducing setting up hardware and smartphone
-Proceeding with the process defined by the IT Department.
-Processing documents. etc.
What you will bring :
-More than 5 years experience in help desk and troubleshooting
-More than 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Administration
-More than 3 years of admin experience in an active domain environment
-Knowledge of Virtual Desktop Interface
-Full Japanese language skill
-Experience in working for a Japanese Financial firm
-Experience in managing or leading IT Helpdesk team
-Excellent communication skill to support users via phone calls or emails in Japanese and English
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and critical thinking ability
Able to lift 20 lbs.
