TIC Restaurant Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join the group. The Manager will be responsible for Hasaki, which opened in the East Village since 1984 specializes in bringing Edo-style sushi.
We are looking for a self-motivated and individual, with managerial experience able to manage a Japanese sushi restaurant. Will be responsible for a variety of different tasks, including operations, marketing and sales.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Hiring, training, scheduling and preparing payroll
-Manage day-to-day operations and coordinating indoor, outdoor and take-out dining
-Operate the POS, processing sales and menu data
-Ensure guest satisfaction, marketing, and responding to customer needs, questions and complaints
-Oversee and control costs, minimize waste, track inventory and supplies
-monitor operations, problem solve and initiate corrective actions
Requirements
-previous experience as a restaurant manager, preferably with experience in kitchen operations
-high flexibility to work, considering these unprecedented COVID times
-ability to lift 50lb or more.
-5+ years restaurant experience
-3+ years manager experience
Must be able to work in the US.
