The sales team is focused on our global needs for corporations, educational institutes, Asian economy, finance, and political news.
As the principal point of contact between the business and client (B2B), the Account Executive role will be responsible for increasing the company’s revenue by: gathering testimonial/evidence for proposals; contacting prospective clients, booking appointments with prospects and clients; and maintaining good relationship with existing clients.
The position will be expected to be comfortable with making cold calls and e-mails, and visit clients as necessary.
You will have an opportunity to attend various seminars and events to expand networking for the future growth of the company. We conduct an annual performance review so that our employee can grow with the company and will have a clear career view.

Responsibilities:
Increase the company's corporate subscription contracts as well as subscription user IDs in the United States through cost effective sales promotion activities and operations by conducting the activities below:

• _Research prospecting market and contact potential budget holders & decision makers
• _Gather testimonial/evidence for proposals
• _Reach out to prospects leads through cold calling and e-mailing
• _Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
• _Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the clients’ dedication and increase retention
• _Monitor existing customers and answer any inquires and requests as needed
• _Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
• _Analyze current sales strategy and make recommendation to management for improvement
• _Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• _Present information about company offerings during trade shows or other large events to potential customers
• _Carry out account mapping research to identify new contacts and opportunities for cross-sell with the company's other departments as well as our external partner
• _Support the vice president of the department
• _Provide general secretarial backup to the department
• _Issue invoices and bills and send them to customers
• _Enter receivables data using accounting software, and issue payment vouchers

Educational and Experience:
• _Bachelor’s degree
• _Two to three years or more of professional related experience in marketing and sales, or a related field
• _Or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge and abilities to do the job
