Position: Outside Sales Associate

Pay range: $38,900 ~ $46,300 plus sales incentives based on performance and achievement

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (extended hour based on customer needs working until 8 or 9 pm).

Language: Bilingual in Chinese / English They may communicate with a various amount of bilingual speakers (customers). During the interview, they may be tested on their bilingual speaking skills.

Essential Job Functions:
 Travel to customers and potential customer’s facilities providing them with information and support as required to secure and maintain business.
 Establish, maintain, and develop business, social and civic relationships with customers in the assigned territory to maximum profitability.
 Responsible for selling products to all customers in the assigned territory.
 Grow business by anticipating customer needs, determining appropriate solutions to business problems, and providing an overall high level of customer service.

Experience/ Training/ Education:
High School Degree or GED; require basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, Outlook); Excellent oral and written communication skills; Must have a valid US driver’s license

Special Requirement: Chinese / English bilingual required.

Knowledge/ Skills/ Ability:
 Knowledge in Microsoft application (i.e. Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
 Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with the sales staff, management and clients
 Strong communication and conversation skills
 Ability to be cooperative and able to work as part of a team
 Ability to verify, drafts, and update database quickly and accurately
 Ability to travel
