Position: Outside Sales Associate
Pay range: $38,900 ~ $46,300 plus sales incentives based on performance and achievement
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (extended hour based on customer needs working until 8 or 9 pm).
Language: Bilingual in Chinese / English They may communicate with a various amount of bilingual speakers (customers). During the interview, they may be tested on their bilingual speaking skills.
Essential Job Functions:
Travel to customers and potential customer’s facilities providing them with information and support as required to secure and maintain business.
Establish, maintain, and develop business, social and civic relationships with customers in the assigned territory to maximum profitability.
Responsible for selling products to all customers in the assigned territory.
Grow business by anticipating customer needs, determining appropriate solutions to business problems, and providing an overall high level of customer service.
Experience/ Training/ Education:
High School Degree or GED; require basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, Outlook); Excellent oral and written communication skills; Must have a valid US driver’s license
Special Requirement: Chinese / English bilingual required.
Knowledge/ Skills/ Ability:
Knowledge in Microsoft application (i.e. Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with the sales staff, management and clients
Strong communication and conversation skills
Ability to be cooperative and able to work as part of a team
Ability to verify, drafts, and update database quickly and accurately
Ability to travel
