Modern Sushi Restaurant Seeking Manager
Bentos is looking for a full-time, entry-level manager who can grow with the company.
Bentos is a new, small Japanese sushi restaurant in Koreatown specializing in oshi sushi and chirashi, that opened a couple months ago in November 2020. The primary focus is on takeout and delivery but indoor dining is available as well.
This position is perfect for an experienced manager who prefers to work in a smaller but vibrant setting, or servers wanting to start their career in management.

Experience with Japanese cuisine is preferred but not required.
- approximately 50 hours a week, including overseeing storefront as well as handling administrative duties
- Salary is based on experience, with full-time benefits after 3 months.
