SALES MANAGEMENT
・ Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
・Prepares annual budget and quarterly and monthly sales review. Provides prices quotes,
proposals, and credit terms to current and prospective customers.
・Oversees directs and supervises field sales reps’ activities; reviews and evaluates work and
performances of the field service reps’ activities.
・Reviews and maintains timecards for subordinate non-exempt employees.
・Follows up on all customer calls, visits, and inquiries.
・Researches and identifies potential customers.
・Contacts retailers via telephone, e-mail, letters, and in-person regularly and follows up.
・Develops and maintains relationships with retailers.
・Sends samples and follows up with customers.
・responsible for responding to client’s phone calls, questions, and requests.
・Works with brokers and distributes in an effort to sell company products in the U.S. markets.
・Attends and exhibits at trade and consumer shows.
・Plans and implements customized sales promotions on a national and/or regional level and for
specific retail chains as required.
・Responsible for coordinating sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and
goals.
