Need Yakitori Chef

Ms Kim's Bar, Lounge, Private Room is seeking Yakitori Chef.

MsKim's is Brand New 5000sq ft Lounge with 9 Private Rooms.
The place is located right next to The NoMad Restaurant.

Chef- Ms Kim's is looking for the chef who is responsible for creating the overall Menu, Recipe, and daily setup.
We are looking for Japanese/Korean style of cuisine set up, person who is specialized at yakitori skewer and appetizers.

Overall Job:

* Must have Knowledge with Japanese style cuisine and yakitori.
* Follow food safety requirements and ensures that others do so by monitoring inventory and food prep.
* Lead the kitchen staff to maintains the quality of all products that are served to our guests.
* Understanding all the responsibility for all aspects of the kitchen, and provide assistance as needed.
* Train and motivate the kitchen staff together and get ready for the grand opening.
* Communicate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
* Must have a Food protection certificate
* Create Menu that is suitable to our store.
