Japanese High-end Sushi Restaurant is looking for an experienced Floor Manager in Honolulu, Hawaii, to be responsible for meeting all restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation and maintain high production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards.

Salary: DOE $60~84K
Benefit: insurance, vacation days, Holiday pay,
require: 50 hrs / day

Responsibilities:
-Coordinate the entire front and back of the restaurant operation
-Deliver superior guest services
-Manage inventory, order drinks and supplies
-Organize and supervise shifts
-Train staffs
-Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
-Successfully promote and publicize the brand

Requirements:
-Prefer to have experience for working at Sushi Fine Dining for 2 years
-Proven working experience as a Floor Manager at least 2 years
-Full service restaurant management background at least 3 years
-Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
-Bilingual in Japanese and English

Prefer to obtain for Food handler certification
