A Japanese educational institution in Westchester, NY is looking for a Japanese-Bilingual Accounting Receivable Clark.

Position Title: Accounting Receivable Clark

Salary: $23~/hr

Hour: 5.5 hours/day. (i.e. 8:30AM-3:00PM)

Location: Purchase, NY

Starting Date: Middle of July

Language: Japanese (Expert) English (Business Level)

Employment: Temp, Part Time

Job Description: Accounting Receivable

Deposit Management (Journal Entry and issuing checks, issuing/reminding tuition fee notification )

Processing transactions on school tuition, dormitory fee, faculty fee and student deposits via bank deposit and lockbox.
Managing incoming students deposit and donations via checks, bank deposit, and credit card.
Managing faculty housing rent.
Managing Entrance exam fee.
Managing petty cash including copy fee, mailing/postage fee, and meal-coupon.
Communicate with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
Perform other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as needed.

Deposit on Material including communication with other department and Health Center

Managing student's deposit on the school accounting system, Financial Edge. (i.e. fees for insurance, medical, event, text books, lesson)
Upload balance in the school's Intranet for parents.
Input students' data.
Managing refund process for graduation.
Others

Processing monthly closing and preparing bank account reconciliation. (Meddle to end of month)
Preparing tax and Audit related documents.
Take tasks among the accounting team when necessary.

Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree or more.
AR experience is a plus.
Administrative experience preferred.
Accounting system experience is preferred.
Must be bilingual-Japanese.
