Tsukimi, newly Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant, is seeking dedicated and hard-working cooks with strong work ethic. Applicants should have legal working status. Hourly pay will be based on experience. The positions & shifts we are recruiting for are:
Morning Prep Cook: 6AM-12PM
Morning Prep Cook: 8AM-3PM
Dinner Service Line Cook: 3PM-10:30PM
Located in the heart of the East Village, Tsukimi offers a modern take on kaiseki, a multi-course Japanese dinner. The name Tsukimi translates to moon viewing and refers to the mid-autumn harvest festival honoring the moon at its fullest and brightest.
