Job Description Summary
Under supervision performs work that is varied and may be somewhat technical in nature but involves limited responsibility for final decisions, some evaluation, originality or ingenuity required, know and applies fundamental concepts and procedures, may check work or support or earlier levels of technical or staff workers.

SUMMARY
Administrate all HR jobs related to Expatriate employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and perform all HR matters related to Expatriate employees based on
expatriates’ rule of parent company in Japan.
- Working closely with outside global consulting/accounting firm, administrate
payroll transactions for Expatriate employees and support them to file US income tax returns.
- Working closely with immigration attorneys, administrate all immigration matters
for Expatriate employees including their accompanied family from outside of the US.
Communicate with HR Department of parent company to understand its
expatriates’ rule and give a better support to Expatriate employees.
- Administrate HR process in the Workday for Expatriate employees.
