ヘアサロンのレセプショニスト募集

Three Degrees Salon はイーストビレッジのCooper Union(6th x 3rd Ave)近くにあるヘアサロンです。
この度、パートタイムのレセプショニストを募集します。

10時から19時の間で、週に三日程働ける方を探しています。（月曜は定休日）

仕事の概要等は以下を参照ください。

Responsibility
-Meeting and greeting clients
-Responding customer inquiries via emails/phones
-Updating and managing customer records on Booker system
-Processing payments and closing sales on Booker system
-Monitoring and closing daily sales
-Cleaning up the booths and swiping the floor when necessary

Requirements
• Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional communication (oral and written) skills for good customer service
• Excellent record-keeping, organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to handle monetary transactions
• Japanese is not necessary but a plus
• Have to be able to work legally in the US
