FOH Staff Wanted!!

New style Japanese sushi roll shop near Brooklyn museum/Prospect Heights is looking for staff who can work as the front of the house staff.

(Who we are)
Japanese-owned casual sushi roll shop in Brooklyn. While keeping close to the authenticity of Japanese cuisine, Silver Rice takes a spin on traditional sushi rolls, chirashi bowls, and fresh salads. The restaurant is a destination spot for anyone looking for quality sushi. (Selected for Zagat 2020 and Bon Appétit’s The NYC100.)

(Ideal Candidates must)
•At least a couple months to 1 year of experience in food industry.
•Hardworking & detail-oriented.
•Be team player.
•Be able to do multi-tasking.
•Be able to complete assigned daily tasks consistently.
•Understand sanitation, health code laws for food industry.
•Be fluent in English.
•Have legal working status.
•Be able to follow NY’s COVID 19 guideline.

(Plus)
•Food protection certificate.
•Knowledge of Japanese food and culture.

(Work Schedule)
•3-5days/week
•Lunch (11:00AM-4PM) / Dinner (4PM-10:30PM)
