Japanese HR company is looking for temporary Administrative Assistant for their new office in NY.
※This is a 3-month Temp position.

Job Description:

《Back office support (60%)》
· Vender search, get estimate, response on call or e-mail
· Support executing agreements with vendors
· Coordinate with vendor to accomplish the task
· Support and coordinate with Head Office in Japan (Back-office related tasks) and reports to VP in US
· Hiring support
· Update Job information, candidate search details etc.
· Coordinating with recruiting agency
· Manage applicants information
· Setting up interviews
· Making payments to recruiting related invoices
《Interpretation and Translation support (30%)》
· Business level interpretation (ex, business meeting, hiring interviews, opening up bank account, and etc)
· Documents or e-mail translation when requested
《Other Administrative duties (10%)》
· Manage Incoming and out going letters
· Office management related duties

Requirements:
--------------------------------------
· 2 years of minimum administrative experience
· Fluent in Japanese and English
· Bachelors degree
· MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
《Other (but not required)》
· Experience in following field will be huge plus
· Hiring related field (ex: recruiting, temp staffing)
· HR Tech
· Google Applications (Docs, Sheets)
