$20~NJ勤務/7am-4pm Eコマース派遣スタッフ /*短期 *正社員制度導入

NJ所在日系食料商社にてEコマース担当募集。
原則1ヶ月短期ですが出荷状況、パフォーマンスにより延長、他部門への配属あり。

Complete fulfillment of customers’ orders, including picking items, packing, and shipping orders
Maintain an understanding of the warehouse stocked item portfolio and quality standard of products
Prepare shipping materials; bubble wrap, cushions to pack items into boxes
Pack items efficiently to prevent damage while optimizing shipping costs
Keep record of how orders were assembled, packed, and shipped

Job Requirements:

Detailed-oriented with excellent organization skills
Prior related e-commerce fulfillment experience preferred
Packing and taping customers’ packages neatly
Strong attention to detail, focused, flexible and communicate with team effectively
Basic computer skills required
Must be able to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and reach shelves using stepping stool or ladder. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift frequently throughout the day Ability to enter and maneuver in confined spaces.
Willingness to comply with company guidelines in reference to appropriate warehouse attire.
Willingness to work overtime upon request in order to complete such tasks associated with the company.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
1 month assignment - may be extended depending on your performance and attendance

Pay Rate:
Rate: $20 an hour
Overtime Rate: $30 an hour
