THE GALLERY is searching for responsible, hard working individuals to join our growing brand　　with a passion to learn and advance your skills.
This position will be responsible for preparing orders for guests for dining as well as take-out.

- Manage your preparation area from start to finish
- Ensure the prep station is set up and properly stocked before and during service
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety standards
- Clean, filet, cut, and serve several types of fish
- Proper rice cooking technique, quality control
- Being a team player and understanding guest satisfaction is our highest priority
- Follows prep list as assigned by Chef and manager
- Communicating with wait staff to ensure special requests and food allergy considerations are met
