The journey of HAND Hospitality began with the making of hotspot Korean gastropub, Take31, on East 31st Street. Since 2011, HAND has actively expanded Korean and Japanese cuisines in Midtown, New York.
The diversity within the group gives tremendous insight into varied Asian cultures, which helps create the basis of each project. In addition, it allows us to expand and share our community with others.

TOWA is our new Japanese restaurant from HAND, and we are currently seeking ’Server & Host ’to join the TOWA team. We’re looking for people who share our desire to develop genuine connections with our guests, making them feel welcome, relaxed, and at home.

Must possess excellent communication skills with a polished floor presence.
Previous host experience in a high-volume environment is a significant plus.
A passion for hospitality and food and beverage
Working knowledge of POS systems
Open availability
Demonstrate a passion for detail and a willingness to learn.
Greet all guests entering the restaurant and thank all guests leaving the restaurant with a warm and friendly smile and demeanor.
Japanese culture and experience are a significant plus.
Must be available to work nights, Sundays, and Holidays if needed.
