The Japanese Education Coordinator is a key member of the administrative team that works together to support the mission and values of Aozora Community.

This role is to inspire, motivate and lead all teaching staff of Academy program by demonstrating the standard of excellence through their example.

The Japanese Education Coordinator is responsible for and committed to, sustaining a high-quality Japanese language education program that emphasizes good partnerships between families and staff.

The Japanese Education Coordinator creates an open and honest working environment that inspires professionalism and rewards creative, innovative teaching.
