Hand Hospitality
The journey of HAND Hospitality began with the making of hotspot Korean gastropub, Take31, on East 31st street. Since 2011, HAND has played an active role in expanding Korean and Japanese cuisines in Midtown, New York.
NONONO
A Japanese yakitori hotspot located at the corner of East 30th street and Madison Ave that you can find “no where, not anywhere else and now here”.
Duties / Responsibilities
•The ability to manage a team of cooks
•Manage all menu quality
•Create menu according to store value under the Head Chef
•Manage Back of House labor costs with a Head Chef
•Manage COGs according to the Head Chef instruction
•Communicate with management about Quality Control
•Comply with food safety rules and inspections
•Manage invoice when it delivery
•Cooperate with Research & Develop team
•Attending Research & Develop education
•Update kitchen maintenances with management team
•Understanding service perspective
