Since the first restaurant in 1984, T.I.C. Restaurant Group has introduced culinary destinations for everyone to enjoy Japan without airfare, each one unique in its authentic tastes and traditions. Now, we are looking for dedicated and diligent team members to grow and advance with our company.

トレーニング期間あり！
Training will be provided, during which wages will be earned at a training rate. Interest in and willingness to learn about Japanese cuisines, Sake, and the NYC food industry preferred.

主な業務内容
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Learn in detail of the restaurant’s menu, products, practices and protocol
- Provide elite customer service while adhering to the restaurant’s unique Japanese culture ambiance
- Be attentive to customers from the moment they enter until the moment they leave
- Be able to professionally answer customer’s questions, and perhaps make suggestions
- Keep dining area clean and orderly, ensuring table is already ready for service and following COVID cleaning practices
- Tactfully following-up with customers to gain comments, feedbacks, compliments and/or complaints
