French Japanese Restaurant Seeking Opening Staff

HOUSE Brooklyn is looking for individuals interested in French and Japanese cuisine to join our opening team. Located in Greenpoint off of the Nassau Avenue station, HOUSE Brooklyn is headed by Owner-Chef Yuji Tani. Combining the fierce French techniques of cooking with the gentle Kyoto style of flavor enhancement, Chef Tani is excited to share his image of French Japanese cuisine with New York alongside a passionate, local team.

HOUSE Brooklyn will operate with an open kitchen concept where kitchen staff are expected to be comfortable preparing food in front of guests as well as serving guests. Various methods are being considered to guarantee kitchen staff can legally receive a portion of gratuity as they are largely customer facing.
