A Japanese Trading Company is seeking a Purchasing Order Specialist

Position: Purchasing Order Specialist
Location: NY
Salary:$50K/ year
Type: Full Time

【Job Description】
• Responsible for purchasing orders/inquiries from the Company's clients/
customers.
• Issue the Purchase Orders (PO) and the drawing PO to US suppliers and invoices to customers in Japan
• Data entries for all POs to Noukihyo .
• Acquire quotations from US manufactures/suppliers.
• Issue the shipping invoices.
• Obtain Export License (E/L) for the products if necessary.
• A custom clearance paperwork.
• Interact extensively and daily with the Company's clients/customers in Japan.
• Responsible for other duties if necessary as Purchase Order Specialist.

【Qualification】
• 2 years of experience or Bachelor's degree in related field
