真面目で明るく向上心のある方、日常会話以上の英語ができる方、シフト制で朝8時から夜8時まで、また不定期で土曜出勤も可能な方。

Job Responsibilities
Direct incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner. Answer inquiries about our clinic’s manual therapy techniques as well as our adjunct offerings.
Verify patient insurance and address billing questions/concerns in a patient-centric manner
Greet and direct visitors within the building as needed in contacting appropriate employees, scheduling appointments
Perform a variety of routine typinTrain staff on communication best practices including phone and email etiquette.
Marketing and social media updates.

Job Requirements
Proficient in Windows and cloud-based office technologies. (ex. Word, Excel, G Suite, POS)
Customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent command of English (Spanish and/or Japanese language is an asset)
Motivation to learn and the ability to rally team members to reach goals
Keen sense of observation and attention to detail
Legally authorized to work in the United States. We do not offer visa support at this time.
Available to work some evenings until 8 pm and Saturdays.
