Requirement and Skills
-Demonstrate a passion for detail and a willingness to learn.
-Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a challenging environment
-Weekend availability
-Authorized to work in the United States.
-Japanese cuisine and ingredients experience are a significant plus
