We are a brand new international preschool opening in Spring, 2023!!
Please join us if you are interested in creating a unique preschool in a home-like atmosphere in Tokyo.

Preschool education plays an important role in child's development, and we believe that a good play-based curriculum, surrounded by loving teachers build a strong foundation by encouraging children to become self-directed learners.

Our mission is to inspire children to grow with love, become life-long learners, problem solvers, and global citizens, and we hope that this preschool experience will lead all children to the bright future.

★Position

International nursery/preschool teacher

We are looking for a teacher with career in child-education, who have high motivation in building a unique school in Tokyo.

★Requirements
-"Native" English level
-at least 3years of child education
-BSc/BA in education or relevant field preferred
-valid teaching license or certificate preferred
-experience with 6months-5yrs children is preferred
-must commit to minimum 1year full-time contract

★Must be able to...
-organize curriculum for ages 0-5
(plan and implement fun and engaging curriculum based on early learning standards)
-work independently as well as collaborating with other members/teachers
-maintain positive and frequent communications with parents
-monitor children's growth
-ensure healthy environment (cleaning and preparation before class) for the safety of children

★Salary

￥250000-300000 (depending on experience)

-3months trial

★Benefits
-10paid days of leave/year (after 6months of employment, not including the first 3months trial period)

★Working hours
Mon-Fri
8:00-17:00
9:00-18:00
(1hr lunch break)

-occasional special events may be held on weekends
-national holidays and school holidays off
