* Server/kitchen Assistant or Counter Person

Looking for someone to help semi-formal small restaurant & sake bar.
As we are so small, you have to be multi task!

Hourly rate (depending on experience & performance. $15 to 20/hr for 2 to 4 weeks training period) + Bonus by sales

Tuesday through Sunday, about 5 - 12am(4 to 8 hours), 1 to 4 days a week.
($100-150/day for Tuesday - Thursday, $200/day for weekend is guaranteed. Expected $300+/day for weekend, $400+/day for party.)

Requirement: Good communication skill in English. High-end Japanese restaurant or fine dining restaurant experience is must. Food knowledge, responsible, motivated, team player, common sense as adult professional, good social skill, neat, stamina, photo ID, job reference.

Long term preferred.

Culinary education, Sake knowledge, dining experience of NYC high-end restaurants are plus
