Japanese logistics company seeks a temp operation staff.
*This position is a temporary hire with no decided term.
Start date: ASAP (Negotiable)
Responsible for assisting in the preparation and distribution of import and export documentation according to instructions from department management team. Export forwarding, receive the shipping instruction from the customer and arrange for export shipment to follow their instruction with USA export regulation ( export customs clearance, FMC filing rule etc. ) Import forwarding, receiving all shipping document from the customer and arrange for customs clearance, delivery arrangement etc. It depends on the customer request.
輸入、輸出の事務オペレーション: お客様から受領した書類・オーダーを元に通関部門、トラック部門への手配、納期確認、請求書作成、各関係部門への支払い手配、など
Minimum Requirements, Education, and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience.
• Some computer skills including data entry and maintenance and working
• Some knowledge of general and Import/Export Computer application technology desirable
• Some knowledge of international commerce (Incoterms, method, customs regulations etc.) desirable
• Good verbal and written communication Skill
• Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays as necessary

• Patience – ability to deal with complex processes that may involve multiple levels of approval

9am~5:30pm (1 hour lunch break)
Hourly Wage:
