Line Cook and Sous Chef

SakaMai, New York's modern Izakaya and Sake Lounge, is looking for hard-working, passionate line cooks to join their team. We have been in the Lower East Side for 10 years and are continuing to grow. Want to grow with us?

LINE COOKS:
Part-time and Full-time positions available. 2:00PM-11:30PM
Pay: $19 - $22 depending on experience and promise.
Benefits: 401(k) and subsidized health insurance for full time employees.

Requirements: Candidate must have genuine passion to work in hospitality, an instinct for teamwork and experience on a kitchen line. Experience in Japanese cuisine, particularly sushi and sashimi preparation, strongly preferred.
