Title: Sales Representative

Work Style: Hybrid, 3 times a week office work (Mon, Wed, Fri)
Start: Immediately
Hours: 9am-5pm

Responsibilities:
A) Sales:
・Develop new business and manage existing accounts for import/export business.
・Contact regular customers periodically to maintain relationship.
・Provide periodic sales reports for senior managements.
・Take orders from customers, check invoices to customers for accuracy, and provide
necessities of customers, such as SDS, COA, and samples.
・Resolve problems, such as quality claims and late shipments.
・Place orders to suppliers.
・Assist suppliers on visits to the US and other business related regions with travel
arrangements and business meetings.
・Prepare and make presentations to customers.
・Perform such other sales duties as directed by senior managements from time to time.

B) Administrative Duties:
・Manage credit control of customers.
・Prepare and submit to senior managements operating budgets twice yearly.
・Prepare and submit to senior managements monthly written sales forecasts and monthly
sales activity report
・Contact delinquent customers and obtain prompt payment.

C) Traffic and logistics:
・Provide data and documents which logistics personnel requires you.

D) Special assignments:
・Cooperate in special assignments given by senior managements.

Qualifications/Requirement:
・B2B sales experience
・MS Office
