Japanese logistics company seeks an Accounting Staff (Assistant) in Springfield Gardens, NY.

Job Title: Accounting Staff (Assistant) in Accounting Department
Location: Springfield Garden, NY (Near JFK)
Salary: $4,000/month (Approx: $48k/yr)

Job description
Check payment arrangements using IES system (IES)
Prepare and report Disbursement lists by excel file
Update AR&AP balance detail by excel file associated with IES system
AR and AP transaction data applying to IES system
Create general journals for AR and AP transaction data to Cargo Wise one system
Other related works for AR & AP balance management in IES

Required skills, Experience, and knowledge
Basic PC skills (Excel, Word and other general Office skills)
Languages: Business level English conversation, casual conversational level Japanese speaker is a plus
At least 3 years of office work experience in a business company, accounting experience is a plus such as AP payment arrangements
University degree or college degree or higher is a plus
