MR. FRIENDLY is a brand rooted in service to Pet, Owner, Friend. Our store is located at 228 Clifton Place.

There you will find a holistic pet supply store, as well as the studio where all MR. FRIENDLY products are designed and made on-site.

We are looking for creative team members who are passionate about helping people and who are interested in brand-building at a cellular level.

Help with the day-to-day retail operations of MR. FRIENDLY. Duties include a blend of customer service, product receipt, maintaining visual standards, and seasonal events in and around the community of Bedford-Stuyvesant. This is a hourly role that will start at $15/hr with wage re-evaluation after 2 weeks of training.

Duties include:

35% Customer Service: Greeting / Checkout / Special Orders / Community
20% Backstock: Inventory management, replenishment, delivery receipt/breakdown
15% Pet Consultation: Troubleshoot Pet issues with Customers. No experience needed but pet ownership is a plus.
15% Maintenance: Emphasis on merchandising and maintaining visual standards of the store and brand overall
15% Marketing: Content creation with an understanding of the importance of ‘storytelling’

Requirements:
● Must be able to lift 35+ lbs.
● Must be able to provide proof of vaccination
● Customer service experience preferred (retail and/or hospitality)
