Community Manager
As we will have multiple offices around the globe we are in need of the initial sales member in TYPICA U.S.(NYC). Someone who is willing to take the responsibility of Community Management.
The most important objective of a Community Manager is to expand the TYPICA roaster community around the world. To accelerate the growth of TYPICA, we are looking for a new community manager to lead the launch of the US business.
You will be traveling within US to establish and develop relationships with roasters, creating roaster hubs in different countries and planning and managing various events for the community.
RESPONSIBILITIES
●Plan and execute your sales activity based on the team’s KPI
●Actively contribute ideas for our U.S. strategy. Being a new company means that we are constantly open to new and creative ideas, and are willing to make those ideas a reality!
●Contact or visit coffee roasters to expand the TYPICA Roaster Community
●Work proactively with an open mindset. As we’ve just launched, there are many tasks that are completely new and challenging. You need a go-getter attitude and be open to tackling any challenges!
●Team-oriented and actively contribute to the team. We are a small group that works closely with each other in order to fulfill TYPICA’s mission as a team.
QUALIFICATIONS
●Non-negotiable: Business-level English and Japanese
●Experience in Sales
or Experience in the coffee industry or knowledgable about coffee (barista, roasting, cupping, brewing, tasting, etc.)
●Great communication skills with multicultural team globally
●Eager to learn, trustworthy, responsible, enthusiast and an outgoing personality
