アッパーイーストに位置する現代日本陶芸アートギャラリーリエゾンを１名募集します。

ポジション：
ギャラリー・リエゾン / ギャラリー・マネージメントのアシスト

仕事内容：
アート作品の梱包作業
Shipping管理、手配
日本のアーティストとのやり取り
作品の写真撮影、ビデオ撮影
アート作品在庫、キャプション管理
ギャラリーのデイリー業務全般、管理の手伝い
ギャラリーに来る顧客、電話、メール対応
SNS管理のアシスト
アーティストリサーチ、バイオグラフィー書類作成
インボイス発行、その他書類作成
発注業務全般、事務業務
アートワークのdatails、説明、製品の種類、ステータスの更新を含む社内システムのデータベースのアシスト
既存のアーティストとの信頼関係を構築

必須要件：
アメリカで働けるビザ保持者　
長期で働ける方のみ（最低でも２年）
日本語、英語話せる方
写真撮影、画像、動画編集スキル(Adobe, Photoshop)があれば尚良し
アート関連未経験者でもご応募下さい。

勤務地：
ニューヨーク、マンハッタン、アッパーイースト

雇用形態：フルタイム

勤務時間：10 am~6:00 pm (応相談)

Art Gallery Liaison Needed

Starting at the end of March or April (timing to be negotiated)
We are seeking one Contemporary Japanese Ceramic Art Gallery Liaison located in the Upper East.

Job Position: Gallery Liaison / Gallery Assist Gallery Management

Job Description: Work includes
Handling the packing of artwork
Shipping management and arrangements
Correspondence with artists in Japan
Photography and videography
Artwork inventory and caption management
Assist with the gallery's daily operations and management.
Handle gallery clients, phone calls, and emails.
Assist with social networking management
Artist research and biography documentation
Invoice and other paperwork
General order placement
Assist with in-house system database including artwork datails, descriptions, product types, and status updates
Build trusting relationships with existing artists

Required Requirements:.
Visa holder who can work in the U.S.
Japanese and English speaker
Photography, image and video editing skills (Adobe, Photoshop) a plus
No experience in art related field is also welcome to apply.

New York, Manhattan, Upper East

Employment Type: Full Time

Work Hours: 10 am~6:00 pm (negotiable)

Salary: negotiable (with training period)
