・営業訪問中心・オフィスには週1~3日出勤、レポート・提案書など作成・提出

>情報システム、アプリケーション、ネットワークシステムなどITサービスに関する何らかの経験必須
>ITエンジニアとのプロジェクト経験<あれば優遇>

> ・職務:
> 既存顧客への定期訪問、ニーズヒアリング、提案、案件獲得、既存案件稼働状況フォローアップ
> 新規顧客の開拓、訪問、提案、案件獲得
> 顧客との契約内容調整、契約締結、継続のとりまとめ
> 課題発生時の報告と対応
> リクルーティングサポート(顧客提案候補者の探索、面談)
> 営業会議出席(毎日15分程度、オンライン会議)
>
> ・要望:
> 顧客に実訪問してニーズヒアリング、提案できるコミュニケーション力
> 顧客ニーズを正しく汲み取って提案できる力(要員提案、プロジェクト提案)
> 顧客ニーズに沿ったスキル、経歴を保有する要員を探索、面談できること
> 顧客からのクレーム、課題に対して迅速、適切に’対処できる能力

> ・条件:
> 正社員、週5日のフル稼働
> 9時-17時、但し顧客対応によっては17時以降の対応もあり得る
> Exemptive $70,000-$100,000(スキル、経験による)

> *Sales and Marketing Representative’s Responsibilities:
> Promoting the company's existing clients and introducing new clients to
> the market.
> Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans,
> understanding client’s requirements, identifying needs, and suggest system.
> improvements to achieve the clients’ goals.
> Maintaining relationships with existing clients by making regular visits,
> understanding their needs, propose and acquire new projects, follow-up.

> Coordinate contract details with clients, conclude contracts, and
> coordinate possible extension of the contracts
> Provide recruiting support for the clients, interview candidates based on
> the clients’ needs.
> Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities,

> *Requirements:
> A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related
> field preferred
> 3-5 years of experience in marketing or sales preferred.
> Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
> Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
> Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
> Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
> The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
> The ability to work under pressure.
> The ability to work independently.
> Ability to search and interview personnel with skills and backgrounds that
> meet customer needs.
> Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to complaints and issues from
> customers
> Strong PC skills in Japanese and English (MS Word, Excel, Access preferred)
> Strong communication skills (verbal/written) in Japanese and English
> IT sales experience or IT development experience preferred.
