✿ SERVER & CAPTAIN NEEDED AT SAKAMAI ✿

Server and Service Captain needed for busy, high-end Japanese restaurant in the Lower East Side.

For both positions, candidates should possess attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and passion for hospitality. Service Captain applicants must have experience leading a service team. Additional duties as a captain include overseeing service operations, opening and closing the restaurant, reporting to management with detailed service reports, and assisting management with day to day tasks.

Experience with Japanese food and beverage (sake, shochu, Japanese style bartending) is strongly preferred for both positions.
