★Job description
Japanese company seeks an Eastern Regional Account Manager. (Exempt Position)

The Eastern Regional Account Manager’s primary role is working with the General Manager to manage the distributor relationship in the eastern half of the United States and obtain purchase orders from existing and new wholesaler customers. The person is expected to work remotely, and spend most of his or her time by visiting and soliciting sales from existing and new customers in the assigned area. Main duties include: (i) communicating distributor pricing and programming, (ii) establishing on-and-off-premises goals for distributors in an assigned region; (iii) participating in distributor sales meetings; (iv) conducting seminars for distributors and key account groups; (v) preparing annual budget forecast; and (vi) conducting distributor reviews and approving the processing of billback/chargebacks in a timely fashion. This person also works in tandem with Sales Manager to assist with management of the company distributor network in the eastern region.
