HADAKA restaurant in Asbury Park is seeking Omakase Sushi chef

This is an amazing opportunity for someone that is traditionally trained and who has worked in High level Omakase project with super high earning potential and growth.

This is the first of multiple locations forecasted in a 2~3-year timeframe. The right candidate will have the exciting future projects.

The Ideal candidate:

・5~6 years in sushi production, omakase, menu creation and fish fabrication
・Experience in high level omakase restaurants preferred
・Social Media following is an added bonus
・Outstanding communication skills / Life of the party personality
・Proven career stability and demonstrated progression
・Highly motivated team player with the ability to lead others
・Food cost control
・Menu development

Salary : TBD - depending experience

Job type : Full time

$1,500 Sign on bonus
