Business Development Associate (Short term: 3-4 month) - Cold Calling & Client Reactivation

This position is responsible mainly for expanding our client base and reactivating relationships with previous clients through effective cold calling strategies and personalized engagement.
*Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients and reactivate former clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies.
Meet weekly quotas and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Performs administrative duties related to business development.
*Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
Ability to work effectively on a team
Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and business management software
* Requirement:
1. Education / Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
One to three years of service development / sales experience is preferred
2. Language Skills
Ability to read, write and communicate professionally in English and Japanese
* Location: Manhattan, NY/ Houston, TX / Torrance, CA
* Work Hour: 9:00-6:00 Local time (Hybrid work, Part time available)
* Work schedule: Monday-Friday (40 hours/week)
* Benefit: Paid time off, Health Insurance
