大手IT企業にてSales Representative / Account Executive (Entry level or Junior level) を募集しています。フルタイム、ハイブリッド勤務のお仕事です。Salaryは、Entry levelで $50〜、Experiencedで 〜$79Kのポジションです。

The Sales Representative will act as liaison between the company sales team and clients, providing information, service, maintenance, and concerns related to the services we can offer.


🔸Job Description:

• Act as liaison to coordinate information and service between the end user of a product and the sales representatives in the selling organization;
• Accommodate the monitoring effort to receive candid feedback from the clients, and their needs;
• Work closely with end users to keep our services updated and in place.
• Answer inquiries and questions from customers related to ongoing use of products, maintenance requirements, operations, and scope of services;

• Build and maintain customer relationships through regular check-ins;
• Research and maintain the industry trend up to date;
• Prepare and perform presentation as needed;
• Travels to locations to inspect, service, and repair equipment when needed; and
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

🔸Work Experience / Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Thorough understanding of equipment, product, industry, and/or services provided to clients;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as required to prepare reports and logs;
• Prior experience in related field highly preferred;
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer;
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time; and
• Will require frequent travel within assigned territory or area.

🔸Education: Bachelor Degree information technology, computer science

🔸Work Status: Hybrid

🔸Salary: Around $50~ (Entry level ) -$ 79K (Experienced )

🔸40hrs / week

🔸Language: Japanese and English
