Marketing Specialist

AllSeason Solar is looking for an Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts.
The marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics.

Responsibilities / Job Duties

* Inspect creative elements and layouts.
* Create interest for services and work with sales staff to design campaigns.
* Direct and plan programs by using direct mail, internet advertising, store displays, special events
and social media to increase sales.
* Organize market research studies and analyze their findings.
* Develop pricing strategies for product/services to be marketed.
* Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
* Create desktop and mobile user interfaces utilizing HTML, CSS and JavaScript
* Analyze – Conversion Rate / CTR (Click through rate / Bounce Rate/ Cost per Click (CPC)
Creative Words for Advertise
* Maintain graphic standards and consistent branding throughout the product’s interface
Code website page variations for split-testing
* Editing landing pages (html, css, php), wordpress themes, banner ads, email templates on mail

Qualify

* Minimum 1-2 Years Designing Landing Page Experience
* Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Front End Web Development with strong coding skills using
technologies
* Intermediate to advanced skills in HTML and CSS
* Intermediate skills in Java script and JS libraries such as jQuery
* Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role.
