英語ビジネスレベル。ご経験に応じて、Recruiting やAdmin業務もお任せします。
Mon – Fri, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. ※勤務時間はフレキシブルに応対可。
フルタイム OR パートタイム available.
【主な業務内容】
• Weekly Time Sheet approval / Bi- Weekly Payroll Processing
• Time Off Tracking
• Oversee sick and PTO accrual any paid time off program and maintain employee database.
• Other office duties as needed.
• Maintaining Job Recruiting dashboard and review resume and coordinate schedule interview
with each department manager.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding efforts
【必要な能力と経験】
• ビジネスレベル英語
• Spreadsheet preparation and tracking skills
• Computer skills must (G suite / Microsoft Excel etc.…)
• Paycom Software experience PLUS !!
【その他】
• Bachelor’s degree and/or work equivalent
• At least 2 -3 years of administrative support experience
• QuickBooks / Payroll Software Specially Paycom Experience preferred
• Filing and record keeping experience
• Office/clerical experience - general, email, telephone, typing, documentation, verbal and written
communication, dependability, attention to detail.
【時給】$20~28/ hour (DOE)
