ユーザーとIT部門とのコミュニケーションをとりながら、問い合わせ対応やトラブルシューティングを行っていただきます。

SUMMARY:
-Able to lead the maintenance and operation of open systems
-Candidate who can talk closely with users and IT departments and proactively resolve issues.
who can appropriately determine the impacted areas when modifying existing systems based on their high technical skills.
Job description:
-Manage status of inquiries as help desk support and report to management
-Trouble shooting
-Investigating the impact of system modifications
-Creation and implementation of test cases based on business scenarios
-Communicate with users and IT departments
Other:
-Investigation of the impact of system modification

-Communication skills with users and IT departments
Must have:
-Experience in leading Salesforce (CRM) development and maintenance over 5 years.
-Ability to communicate closely with stakeholders
-IT knowledge to troubleshoot problems with Windows OS (authentication, networking, etc.)
-English (Business level )
Nice to have:
-Experience developing or working with Financial Service Cloud (financial version of Salesforce CRM)
Japanese language skills are preferred)
This position is required to work at Office at least 2~3 times per week.
