仕事内容は電話・メールの対応、予約の受付、お会計がメインとなります。

★勤務時間　10:00AM〜6:00PM
★勤務曜日　要相談、週1日から可(特に木曜日、土曜日、日曜日が出勤可能な方歓迎)
★パートタイム

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Barbershop Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced salon environment.
Duties:
- Greet clients warmly and offer refreshments
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar
- Process payments for services and products
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist stylists with client needs and inquiries
- Manage inventory of retail products
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
Qualifications:
- Multilingual skills are needed.(must speak Japanese)
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of salon services and products is beneficial
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
