Soba Totto is operated by FTG company. The company started USA operations with Yakiniku Futago in New York City in 2015, and currently operates three restaurants in NYC including Nikutei Futago. FTG company operates 100+ locations in Japan and in Hong Kong, and looks to grow in the USA.
We are looking for Japanese Kitchen Leader or Senior kitchen chef who have experience or familiar with cooking Soba/Ramen, Sauteed, Grill, Tempura, Sushi/Sashimi and/or Yakitori, however, our Executive chef will train you and walk thru the steps.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years cooking Japanese cuisine
- Team play
- Responsible, Flexible and Reliable
- NYC Food Handlers Certification is A+
- Eligible work in the U.S.
