Waitress / Hostess
Responsibilities:
✔ Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their seats.
✔ Manage reservations efficiently, ensuring smooth table turnover.
✔ Provide detailed menu guidance, explaining our Omakase experience and ingredients.
✔ Serve guests professionally, ensuring impeccable hospitality and attention to detail.
✔ Coordinate with kitchen and sushi chefs to ensure proper timing of courses.
✔ Maintain a clean and organized dining area to uphold the highest hygiene standards.
✔ Assist with beverage service, including sake and wine pairings.
✔ Handle guest inquiries and special requests with grace and professionalism.
✔ Ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
Qualifications:
✔ Prior experience in fine dining, sushi, or high-end hospitality is preferred.
✔ Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sake, and omakase dining is a plus.
✔ Strong communication skills, with a warm and engaging personality.
✔ Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
✔ Basic Japanese language skills are a plus but not required.

✔ お客様の特別なリクエストに対応し、心地よい雰囲気を提供。
✔ フロントとキッチンのスムーズな連携を確保する。
応募資格:
✔ 高級レストラン、寿司店、またはホスピタリティ業界での経験者歓迎。
✔ 日本料理やおまかせの知識がある方優遇。
✔ 明るく、ホスピタリティ精神がある方。
✔ 落ち着いた環境でも臨機応変に対応できる方。
✔ 細部にこだわることができる方。
✔ 日本語が話せる方は優遇(必須ではありません)。
