As the face of our brand, you will engage with clientele, ensuring they receive personalized service while guiding them through our world of artisanal chocolates. A refined presence, strong communication skills, and a passion for luxury retail will set you apart in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a world-class experience by warmly welcoming and assisting customers.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to educate guests on our chocolates, pricing, and services.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation by ensuring displays are elegantly stocked and organized.
- Handle transactions with precision and process returns in alignment with store policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to uphold our brand’s commitment to excellence, particularly during peak hours.
- Inform clients of exclusive offerings such as promotions and seasonal collections.
- Act as a brand ambassador, cultivating lasting customer relationships.
- Provide insights and feedback to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Age 30 to 40 preferred for a mature and professional presence.
- Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in luxury or hospitality.
- Fluency in English and Japanese to engage with our international clientele.
- Strong understanding of premium retail sales and customer engagement.
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising best practices.
- Impeccable communication skills with a refined and professional demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
