応募条件：
日本食または寿司レストランでの最低3年以上の経験
日本食および寿司の名称・知識が十分にある方
日本酒・ドリンクに関する知識がある方は優遇
優れたコミュニケーション能力と接客スキル
責任感があり、スタッフをまとめるリーダーシップのある方
給与：
時給$15～
経験・能力に応じて昇給あり。
他のサーバーとチップをシェアするシステムです。
フルタイムサーバー
週40時間程度勤務可能なフルタイムサーバーも募集しています。
給与：
時給$11.35～＋シェアチップ

Head Server & Full-Time Servers
Mikado Restaurant Group is looking for an experienced Head Server with a strong background in Japanese and/or sushi restaurants.
Head Server
We are seeking a highly experienced and responsible Head Server who can:
Lead, train, and supervise the serving staff
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and management team
Oversee daily dining room operations
Handle and resolve guest concerns professionally
Support and maintain a positive, efficient work environment
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience working in a Japanese or sushi restaurant
Strong knowledge of Japanese food and sushi terminology
Knowledge of sake and beverages is a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, responsible, and able to lead a team
Compensation:
Starting at $15/hour, with the possibility of an increase based on experience and abilities, plus shared tips with other servers.
Full-Time Server
We are also looking for experienced Full-Time Servers willing to work approximately 40 hours per week.
Compensation:
Starting at $11.35/hour plus shared tips
Requirements:
Knowledge of Japanese food and sushi names
Sake/Beverage knowledge is a plus
Previous restaurant serving experience is a must
Reliable and professional
Must be able to work as part of a team
*Important Requirements
Must work on Sundays.
Must have a valid Social Security Number (SSN).
NYC Food Protection Certificate holders are preferred.
