✽ PREP COOK AT TSUKIMI ✽

Tsukimi, a Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant, is a unique counter dining experience with 12 seats and offers a modern take on kaiseki, a multi-course Japanese dinner. We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working prep cook with strong work ethic for our morning prep shift. Experience in Japanese ingredients and cuisine is preferred, but not required. Applicants should have legal working status, and have availability Wednesday, through Sunday from 6AM. Pay will be based on experience. As an intimate space, applicants should feel comfortable working in small spaces.
