私はグローバル企業で働くエグゼクティブで、1歳半の娘アライア（Alaïa）のシングルマザーです。

私たちはニューヨーク・グリニッジヴィレッジとデンマーク・コペンハーゲンの2都市を拠点に暮らしており、2025年10月末から一緒に生活しながら娘の成長をサポートしてくださる、優しくて責任感のあるナニー（ベビーシッター）を募集しています。

このお仕事は単なる育児サポートではなく、「喜び・学び・冒険」に満ちた日々の暮らしを共に楽しむことです。アライアはとても好奇心旺盛で、明るく元気な女の子です。彼女と一緒に、日々成長しながら世界を見つめる日常を共有し、私たちの２つの家庭を行き来しながらも、柔軟に旅にも付き添ってくださる方を歓迎します。

これまでアライアはすでに15か月で19か国を訪れるという冒険的なスタートを切りましたが、今後はニューヨークとコペンハーゲンを中心に、落ち着いた生活ペースになる予定です。

【求める人物像】
・フルタイム勤務可能な方（住み込み・通い、いずれも応相談）
・パスポート保持者で、渡航に柔軟に対応できる方
・思いやりがあり、落ち着きがあり、アライアの良きお手本となれる方
・1～2年間の継続勤務が可能な方（信頼関係を築くため）

【歓迎スキル・ご経験】
・創造的でダイナミックな環境での勤務経験
・英語に加え、デンマーク語／ノルウェー語／フランス語／日本語のいずれかを話せる方
・伝統的なナニー経験に限らず、子どもと関わる仕事が好きな方
・料理好き、新しい食文化を楽しめる方

Seeking a Travel-Ready Nanny (Manhattan ⇄ Copenhagen + Light Global Travel)
I am looking for a very special person to join our little world. 🤍
I am an executive in a global company and a (chosen) single mother to a wonderful 1.5-year-old girl,
Alaïa. We live between Greenwich Village, NYC and Copenhagen, Denmark, and we are looking for a
kind, responsible, and travel-ready nanny to join us, starting this fall (end of October 2025).
This role is about more than childcare — it’s about joy, learning, and adventure. Alaïa is happy, curious,
and thriving, and we would love someone to join us, who genuinely loves being in a dynamic everyday
life with a growing baby, who sees and learns everything for the first time and who also feels comfortable
moving between two lovely homes — and coming with us on other exciting travels too.
We’ve had an unusually adventurous start — 19 countries by Alaïa’s first 15 months— although moving
forward, our pace will slow down, but still be mainly between NYC and Copenhagen.
What we are looking for:

Full-time availability (live-in or live-out, depending on location)

Travel flexibility (passport-ready and open to new places)
•
Warm, attentive, thoughtful, and grounded - and be a great role model to Alaïa

1–2 year commitment to create consistency and trust

You speak fluent English and either Danish, Norwegian, French, or Japanese
