Server

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and will be responsible for ensuring that each dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. As a Server, you will take orders, serve food and beverages, and assist guests with any inquiries, all while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly smile.
Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
Take accurate food and drink orders using Toast POS systems .
Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns or requests.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Collaborate with Chef to ensure timely service and quality of food.
Uphold health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.
Experience

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.
Familiarity with Toast POS systems for order entry
Basic math skills for processing payments accurately.
A background in sales or guest services is a plus, enhancing your ability to upsell menu items effectively.
Culinary knowledge is beneficial for discussing menu items confidently with guests.
Language : English and Japanese

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 or more. depend on experience.
